Opening May 16th during Antwerp Art Weekend

For Tine Guns’ second solo exhibition at DEUSS GALLERY, she questions how to deal with societal challenges in a world increasingly viewed through the lens of a smartphone fixated on rapid movement and instant gratification. Through photography, printmaking, and materiality she tries to invite the viewer to uncover underlying layers.

From May 16-19, contemporary art will once again take over the entire city of Antwerp.

Antwerp Art Weekend is a citywide manifestation for contemporary art in Antwerp, where art venues in and around the city join forces to celebrate and promote contemporary art. The Antwerp Art Weekend is the best way to experience the city’s flourishing art scene, with a plethora of galleries, art spaces and museums to discover. Venues go all out to deliver an expanded program and extracurricular activities. The 10th edition of the Antwerp Art Weekend takes place from 16-19 May, 2024.
